My guest, Mark V. Smith and I discuss the past and how some things from our past resonate with us years later to help define use as it may have an impact on our life journey.  Our birth is no coincidence….it was planned before we were even born.  As we grow…..we start to understand more and more about ourselves and as we get older….we definitely do a lot of self-reflection as we think back on our lives to reminisce just like it was yesterday as we continue into our present existence.  This is when we either do a redirect if we don’t like the direction that we are going or we continue down that path that’s most comfortable.
